What is the VIP Transfer Program?

If you already hold VIP status at another online casino, we match your tier at Gambulls rather than making you start from the bottom. You then pick a wager target; reaching it inside the window makes the matched tier permanent and pays a cash bonus.

When is my tier actually matched?

Immediately on approval, before you place a single bet. The wager target is not a prerequisite — it is what confirms the match.

What do I need to apply?

Total wagered volume at another online casino above our published threshold, a minimum deposit or wager at Gambulls to unlock the application, and proof of your existing VIP activity.

What counts as proof?

A recent statement, a screenshot, or a walkthrough with our support team. A screenshot is easiest to verify when your username, your tier and a recent date are all visible in the same image.

Why does my progress go up more slowly than I wagered?

Progress is weighted by the house edge of the game. A game with a 4% edge gives full credit, and a game with a 1% edge gives a quarter. Anything above 4% is capped at full credit.

Does sports betting count?

No. Sports betting volume is not included in the wager target, and wagers made with bonus funds do not count either — only real-money casino play does.

What happens if I do not reach my target?

The matched tier is removed and the bonus is forfeited. There is no partial credit. Any tier you earned through your own real wagering during the window is not affected.

What happens after I hit my target?
